How is a project priced?

Following the initial consultation, we prepare a Blueprint setting out the scope, technical approach, timeline and a single fixed price. The price changes only if the scope changes.

How long does a typical project take?

Between 1 and 36 weeks from an agreed Blueprint, depending on scope. AI agents typically take two to three weeks, and automations one to two weeks.

Who owns the finished work?

The client does. Code, accounts and documentation are transferred into the client's own repositories and accounts.

What support is available after launch?

A support agreement for live systems, with agreed service levels and a named support contact, or a monthly retainer for ongoing improvement, with a monthly plan and report.

Which AI models do you work with?

GPT or Claude, chosen for each agent based on the task and restricted to the sources the client approves.

Do you sign NDAs and data processing agreements?

Yes. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is standard before any detailed discussion, and a data processing agreement is signed on every engagement before any data moves.
